By using the Service, you have access to a variety of digital assets, frames, and styles provided by Da Poze to enhance your images (the “Designs”).
b. Content & Responsibility
You have the option to upload your own content (“User Content”), such as images and files. You retain full control over your User Content, but you also carry full responsibility for it. You may use Da Poze’s built-in tools and elements combined with your User Content to create your final Designs.
c. Access & Agreement
The Service is made available on dapoze.com. Your use of the Service is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data and protect your privacy.
d. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are legally able to form a binding contract. By using Da Poze, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power, and authority to agree to these Terms and to perform all of your obligations.

Delivery Issues
If you experience a technical issue and are unable to download your design after payment, please contact us at contact page for immediate assistance.
No Returns
As our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be “returned.”
No Refunds
We provide a Free Version with limited designs so you can test the tool before you pay. Because you can preview and create unlimited variations until you are satisfied with the result, all sales are final.

a. Ownership of the Service
The Da Poze name, logo, website design, software code, user interface, and all original “built-in” design elements (the “Dapoze Content”) are the exclusive property of dapoze.com and its licensors. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
b. Limited License
When you subscribe, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our tools and “Da Poze Content” solely for the purpose of creating your own customized designs within our platform.

You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Da Poze website, logo, or design elements.
“Scrape” or extract our built-in designs to use them in a competing service.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Da Poze editor.
Use the Da Poze brand name or logo in a way that suggests we officially endorse you or your business without our written permission.
